FREEZE DRIED ROSE SIZES:
Typically, hothouse roses tend
to be smaller than the roses we grow here at the ranch. Our garden roses
will tend to be larger, dominantly in the medium and large categories. Some
garden rose varieties produce volume quantities of extra large flowers and
are sold individually.

FREEZE DRIED ROSE QUALITY GRADES:
We use a three tier quality
grading system on our roses as they go through the final production phase
of packing.

less than perfect
CRAFT
Low quality: Multiple of color, shape, and texture
less than perfect
Any flower that doesn't meet our
strict quality controls is broken down and the petals are sold by the bag
or case. Be aware that most of the flowers that reach our inventory
are Select grade. Value and Craft grade flowers are only limitedly
available.
